Boarding Procedures

Please arrive at the marina on time at the scheduled hour. Punctuality is key to setting sail on time.

When sailing to Uruguay, you must bring a valid passport, and the corresponding Visa to fill the forms in Migrations Office. If you are missing any of these documents, your trip may be cancelled.

All participants on Zhero tours must complete and sign the “Liability Form” before boarding the boat. Minors (under age 21 unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardian) must present the “Non-adult Authorization Form” signed by their parents and/or guardian. For trips to Uruguay, an additional authorization prepared by a Public Notary is required.

Food

Each tour includes snack and beverage, self-service coffee, tea and “mate” onboard. Passengers are allowed to bring their own food and drinks.
